CREATING AN ACCOUNT
| If you've never ordered from InterVarsity Press before, you’ll want to create an account.
If you're trying to create an account and you receive a message saying "Matching Customer Found," it means we may already have an account for you. This may happen if you are using a common email address for a church, ministry, or university. If you suspect an account may exist, you can submit a lost password request on the sign in screen. If you are still unable to sign in or create an account, please email customer service or call us at 800-843-9487, option 2.
ACTIVATING AN ACCOUNT
| If you have ordered from InterVarsity Press before, you can use the email address associated with your account to activate your account. Select "Activate your account" and provide the email address. You will then be sent a verification email from email@example.com with a link to activate your account.
Still having trouble? You may already have an account activated. Try signing in instead. If that doesn’t work, send a lost password request. You may also have more than one account with us that uses the same email address, or your email address may not be linked to your account. This may be the case, even if you have given us your email in the past. If you experience any of these problems, please email customer service
